Cancellation, No Show

& Late Arrival Policy

You are a VIP and the time reserved for your appointment(s) is important. As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment prior to your arrival. Sometimes schedules change and things come up. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule appointments, a 24-hour advance notice is required. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule  appointments are subject to charges.

A deposit may be required to hold an appointment.

- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge

equal to 50% of the reserved service(s) amount.

 - “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of

the reserved service(s) amount. 

- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel,

must cancel within 4 hours of appointmenttime or will  result

in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service(s) amount.

-If you are 15 mins late or more and your service(s) cannot

be performed, this is considered a "NO SHOW."
