Cancellation Policy

You are a VIP and the time reserved for your appointment(s) is important. As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment prior to your arrival. Sometimes schedules change and things come up. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule appointments, a 24-hour advance notice is required. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule appointments are subject to charges. A deposit may be required to hold an appointment.

-Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge up to 100% of the reserved service(s) amount.

-No Shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service(s) amount. A No Show is considered 15 minutes late or more and your service(s) cannot be performed. 

-Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge up to 100% of the reserved service(s) amount​
